Membership in The National Trial Lawyers is limited to the Top 100 civil plaintiff and criminal defense lawyers in each state or from highly-populated regions of states. Prospective members are carefully screened and criteria for membership include the lawyer’s reputation among peers, judiciary and the public plus achievements, settlements, and verdicts as a trial lawyer. Mann Law is noted as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer.

Attorneys selected as Super Lawyers represent the top five percent of lawyers practicing in a state. As of 2019, Mann Law is recognized as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star. Selection to Super Lawyers is based on peer reviews, independent research, and committee reviews.
